Sustainable management is part of our company's DNA. This is equally due to the personal attitudes of the founders and the conception of the business model, which is essentially based on a circular economy.
To ensure that „our commitment to sustainability“ not only sounds nice, but is also comprehensible to outsiders, we have decided to make it measurable and publish our progress here every year.

Sustainability in production
As a retailer without our own production capacities, we can only have an indirect influence on sustainable production, but we do so by paying attention to sustainability and, in particular, climate protection when selecting our suppliers. As of 12/2025, two of our suppliers now produce their telephone and meeting boxes in a climate-neutral way. As a result, 26% of our purchasing volume in the 2025 financial year already comes from climate-neutral production.

Sustainability of the business model
A major focus of our business model has always been the rental of our products. This enables us to utilise resources efficiently and use products multiple times. In this way, several utilisation cycles of the same telephone and meeting boxes are created over time - a significant contribution to reducing material consumption and waste.
In addition to our range of brand-new acoustic cubes, we therefore also consciously focus on products with a history and actively remarket used cubes. Supplementary services such as relocation and repair offers also ensure that products remain in use for as long as possible.

Due to our rental business, we inevitably also offer many services that would not necessarily be necessary if we were only selling new goods. This also sets us apart from many of our competitors. As a full-service provider of telephone boxes, meeting boxes and room-in-room systems, we offer the following services - regardless of whether the products were purchased from us or sourced elsewhere:
- Removal service: It sounds rather far-fetched at first to link a relocation service with sustainability. However, in the past, we have helped existing and new customers to hand over their old office space in a swept clean state. Where normal removal companies often don't dare to go, our professional assembly teams ensure the professional dismantling and removal of telephone boxes, meeting boxes and room-in-room systems with full value retention after removal and reassembly.
- Repair service: Our business model means that we know our products very well and are therefore able to assess any damage and offer a professional repair service. We currently source spare parts either from the manufacturers or - in the case of purchased parts - in some cases also from third-party suppliers. As our hire fleet ages, we will also be using spare parts from discarded acoustic cubes in future, which will then serve as our spare parts store.
- Buy-back service: Our market position in the marketing of used acoustic cubes via rental and second-hand sales enables us to make buy-back offers to customers and interested parties in many cases. Our buy-back service is used in the course of relocations (when acoustic cubes are no longer required in the new premises) or when acoustic cubes are to be replaced or renewed.
While our buy-back service is directly included in the „used products“ metric listed above, we have not yet been able to identify a metric for removal and repair services that we can use to meaningfully measure our sustainability efforts. The important thing for us is that we offer repair and removal services at all. In the case of the repair service in particular, we naturally hope that it will be used very rarely.
Annual update
This page will be updated once a year as soon as we have recorded and analysed the above-mentioned metrics. We will also gradually expand our methodology.
