It doesn't have to be a financing meeting with full disclosure of personal finances - meeting boxes in retail spaces can also be a sensible investment for less sensitive topics. A protected atmosphere in a small space should boost sales in the medium term.

What makes meeting boxes so attractive for retailers is the fact that they are ready-made furniture from the office equipment sector and not a structural solution made of plasterboard or permanently installed glass partitions. Lighting and ventilation are built-in and controlled automatically via motion detectors. Suitable furniture (classic table and sofas) is supplied directly. The only installation requirement is an existing power socket.
