Many companies have similar problems to our customer in Bavaria: the office infrastructure was no longer suitable for everyday working life, which is increasingly characterised by video calls and online conferences. The modern, but unfortunately also very open office design could no longer cope with the noise pollution.
By renting 4-seater meeting boxes and telephone boxes in the so-called video conference equipment (with monitor holder and stool), the office could be adapted to the new requirements at moderate monthly costs.
Even after installation, we support the customer in the event of problems, repairs or a partial relocation of telephone boxes to another location.
