FLEX rental | Advantages and disadvantages

We offer part of our product range under the term "FLEX rental" at particularly flexible rental conditions! The flexibility is expressed in two points:

  • very short or no minimum terms: Our FLEX rental is available from a minimum term of just one month, after which the rental is extended month by month and can be cancelled at any time without notice.
  • Purchase option: Our FLEX hire is also available with a purchase option. Ideal for anyone who would like to test our acoustic cubes by renting them first, but plans to buy them in the long term.

From the tenant's point of view, our FLEX rental is suitable for various scenarios:

  • Open-end scenario: As our FLEX rental does not require a fixed term in advance, it is suitable for all situations where there is little planning certainty. Do you urgently need a meeting box now, perhaps you're moving to a larger office next year, but the move could still take some time? With our FLEX rental you are very flexible "towards the end": monthly extension, cancellable at any time.
  • Test scenario: As mentioned above, many of our customers use FLEX hire to try out telephone and meeting boxes in their company for the first time and for a limited period of time. If the test is successful - i.e. you notice that our acoustic cubes are well received and actively used - you can consider the purchase option. If the trial is not satisfactory or your needs have changed in the meantime, you can cancel the hire at any time.

As mentioned above: Not all acoustic cubes from our range are also available for FLEX hire. This rental option is limited to a selection - you can find out exactly which ones under FLEX rental available?.

From a legal and tax perspective, the FLEX rental behaves like a regular rental - see the following table and the article Leasing & Rental | Advantages and disadvantages.
